Hosting and server logs
The pages are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. On access, the server processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested file, volume transferred, referrer, browser identification) in server logs. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technical operation and security of the service. Logs are deleted after seven days at the latest.
Reach measurement
Anonymous reach measurement is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies and stores no data on the visitor's device; it does not re-identify individual visitors through fingerprinting or similar techniques. Only aggregated metrics such as page views, load times and coarse geographic origin are evaluated. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in understanding usage and technical performance of the site.
